1) The “HETCH 14th Anniversary RM20,000 Prizes Awaits You” campaign is open to all Malaysian residents age of 18 years old or above with a valid MyKad, for those who purchase HETCH products on online platforms. 

2) The contest starts from 28th July 2021 to 31st December 2021 at 11:59PM UTC+08. 3) Winner(s) will be randomly picked every week. 

4) The winner(s) must contact us via Facebook Inbox Message and Whatsapp to claim the prize.

5) The winner(s) must claim the prize within the time period (30 days) provided by HETCH, failure to do so HETCH will consider the contestant has forfeited. 

6) For any couriered shipping fee should be bear by winner(s). If there is any damage / loss in transit, Hetch will not be responsible. 

7) Only HETCH admin will reply and answer in Facebook Inbox Message / Whatsapp. 

8) The prize as stated is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 

9) No warranty for all prizes are subject to change from time to time at Hetch discretion & while stocks last. 

10) Winners will then need to provide us necessary details such as, (IC Number, Full Name, E-mail, Contact Number, and Address) at our inbox page or Whatsapp. 

11) Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. 

12) Entries that are incomplete will not be valid and deemed void.
