Terms & Conditions – Merdeka Giveaway (Buy Now to Win a Vivo Smartphone)

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Merdeka Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, except employees of In & Ex Holdings Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members.

1.2 By participating, customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

⁠2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Giveaway runs from 31-08-2025 to 16-09-2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

2.2 Purchases made before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Customers must purchase any eligible Hetch product(s) at least RM50 or above from Tik Tok Shop during the Campaign Period.

3.2 Each purchase counts as one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

3.3 Customers must retain the online order confirmation as proof of purchase.

4. Prizes

4.1 One (1) winner will receive a brand-new Vivo Smartphone [Vivo V50 Lite].

4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

4.3 In & Ex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

5.1 Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days after the Campaign Period ends.

5.3 Winners will be notified via phone within of the draw.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Liability & Rights

6.1 By participating, customers grant In & Ex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. the right to use their names, likeness, and purchase details for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

6.2 In & Ex Holdings. Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or winners due to their participation or redemption of the prize.

6.3 In & Ex Holdings. Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
